Week 191

0.8lb gain.

That's about fair I think, considering the extras that have sneaked in this past week.

I have to try and keep this coming week under control as best I can as next week I don't stand a chance. Next week we will be eating out several times AND it's my birthday at the end of it.


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 2.2lb - 184.2lbs
Body fat: 26.3%
Total Weight Loss: 90.8lbs

I love the photos in the header, they provide real inspiration to avoid the 2nd and 3rd helpings of roast.

Would be cool, if you had a photo for every stone you've dropped.

Darling man fear not, I ran 30k this Saturday and put on two pounds. Huzzah for carb loading. NOT.

Alex - thank you! Unfortunately I don't have that many photos during my main transition period - mainly because I tend to be the one holding the camera in this family.

FMC - must be pure muscle. Or else you stepped in an awful lot of dog mess and it just accumulated on the shoes, thereby skewing the scales
