I am jealous of your problem, someday I will get under 220. But the fact that you are your heighest in 3 years should scare you, you can nip this in the bud and get under 185 in the next couple of months. Hang tough!

You're right - I'd rather have the problem of being 192lbs instead of the 275lbs I used to be. But I am slowly creeping up.

Part of the problem is the CFS, which prevents me from being able to burn off the calories with plenty of exercise, so the main thrust of my approach has to be what goes in.

As a friend of mine heartfeltingly described the struggle so well, "If I eat 3 pieces of cake every day for a week, I put on half a stone. But if I don't eat the cake I don't lose half a stone :( "
