Week 249

0.6lb gain.

I have absolutely no idea why. I've been completely on track this past week. I was getting all ready to write a smug self-congratulatory blog post, but I've gained.

I can only hope it's a random blip.


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 10lb - 192lbs
Body fat: 27%
Total Weight Loss: 83lbs

If it isn't, it means my body has decided 192lbs is a healthy weight...

192 is a pretty good weight. I only wish I was there myself!

Unfortunately, at my height, 192 is still overweight, and I'm 20lbs heavier than I was 2 years ago :(
