Another 1.4lb loss!
A near faultless week again, but I'm surprised to lose over a pound again.
Due to the CFS my activity levels aren't that wonderful, so realistically I don't feel I can expect to lose much over 1/2 a pound per week
So I'm happy with that :)
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 5.4lb - 187.4lbs
Body fat: 26.2%
Total Weight Loss: 87.6lbs
Still here.. really I am - 4 years an 9 month later

You're on a roll. Consistant, too.
Excellent work KIm, back on track and flying.
Sea Shore - bacon roll? Cheese roll? Sausage roll?
FMC - it's good to be heading in the right direction again :)
Isn't it great to just feel good!
Good on ya!
Thanks Bryan :)
Good job, Kim! Sometimes (I think) the good behavior snowballs so that even when you don't expect a loss, you get one anyway. You just have to keep up the good behavior so that it keeps happening.
Sayre - there's no doubt it gets easier as time goes on. Maggie and I have discovered that if we can keep on track for about 3 weeks, then suddenly the cravings drop off considerably.
Either that or we just get much more used to ignoring them :)
You only lose weight quickly if you make big changes in how you eat, but you've already done that. Consistently losing a little at a time is really impressive.
Z - the focus is, and always has been, on healthy eating. The weight loss is then a side effect of that.
Of course a side effect of not eating healthily is weight gain.
Thus the battle is always with the multiple reasons for the cravings and the temptations to eat unhealthily :)
Another fine showing, good job...
Thanks Brad
Cngratulations! Nice surpirses are great.

Nice surprises are lovely, unfortunately I've just discovered an unpleasant surprise for the new weekly stats :(
