1.8lb loss.
A faultless week - even a complete week with no sugar in my coffee. It's mildly less vile, but at this rate it could be August before I get used to sugarless coffee.
Significant figures: I'm back under 13stone for the first time since August 2008.
I also realised the 36" waist jeans are definitely too baggy now, so am back in the 34"s - slightly snug, but bearable.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs

Wow, have you've really reached some kind of perfect stretch, do you think?
Well done Kim.
In an attempt to find an alternative interpretation and solution to my CFS, I'm going with the suggestions from the nutritionist about dealin with too much yeast in my system. This means no yeast and no sugar - not even fruit or fruit sugars, until it's cleared. Essentially it's like a detox.
If I give in and have sugar, even once, then it will dramatically feed the yeasts in my system and put me back virtually to square one.
This means, no compromise. I can't. It's pointless if I do.
So it's not like calorie counting where you think, ah well, if I have the slice of cake I can always work it off next week. If I have the slice of cake, I undo several weeks of sacrifice and have to start again.
This is more like tackling drug or alcohol addiction - you can't allow yourself to have just one.
So with total strictness for nearly 3 weeks, the side effect of weightloss is really beginning to show.
But I care far less about the weightloss than I do that it might help with the CFS.
But it could still be a while before I know whether it's going to work or not.
I'm not doing anything stupid with food though, so at least it can't harm
I can only imgine how wearing the CFS is. So I hope this brings to it some relief.
Thank you :)
Way to go, Kim! And I have to agree with you - sugarless coffee IS vile. But good on you for doing this! I really hope it helps!
Great week. Success all around.... especially in the middle.
I can't imagine how hard it's been being so strict with sugar... you're doing an amazing job. I hope all your hard work pays off when it comes to your CFS, but at least it's helping with your weight loss goals..... even if it's just a side effect.
Sayre - so do I, so do I... :)
Bryan - Thank you :) There's no doubt it's a very welcome side effect..
