1.4lb loss!

Still heading in the right direction, and getting closer to reaching the 100lb mark again


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 9.2lb - 177.2lbs
Body fat: 24.7%
Total Weight Loss: 97.8lbs

That's terrific, but aside from the loss is the change in diet helping any with the fatigue?

Unfortunately, FMC, I've noticed no improvement yet. I'll give it 3 months or so and if it has still made no difference then I'll have to conclude I'm going down the wrong path and will reintroduce fruit back into my diet

8 weeks loss in a row - 10.6lbs. It makes such a difference when it accumulates :)
