I seem stuck. How many calories are you on? I'm only on 1600, and I'm not moving.
Morgen - I don't know to be honest - my eating regime isn't calorie based, it's about focusing on healthy eating and making the appropriate choices when faced with food or cravings
My battle has not been to achieve a specific weight loss target, but to fight my own impulses to gorge, binge and stuff my face with foods that are not good for me.
The side effect of me facing, battling and finding ways to conquer my demons has been the loss of around 90lbs.
My weight gain or loss is an indication of how well I'm dealing with the cravings
