But you're so close to goal, surely?
To me the fact that you have managed to shrink from "19 stone something" down to "12 stone something" is awesome and you are now at the kind of weight (12 stone something) that I am currently *dreaming* of.
The last time I weighed 12 stone something I was 17 years old, so don't beat yourself up about 0.8 of a pound.
FMC - Cheese AND Strawberry? Is this a new delightful combination or was it cheese THEN strawberry?
Sharon - unfortunately I actually reached my goal last year, but have crept back up a bit. I'm currently about half a stone over my lowest weight.
However, this is really a journal about my ability to make make the healthy choices. When I do, my weight is stable, or I lose a pound. When I don't the pounds creep back on.
But I'm not beating myself up much - just reminding myself not to take my eye too far off the ball :)
Okay I'm not saying anything, but I think your comment to Sharon makes the important point.
