Week 200

2lb loss!

Woohoo! Just what I needed before Feastmas kicks in big time.

Over the next 7 days we'll be out for lunch 3 times, and then of course we'll be into the Christmas/New Year fortnight.

Still, at the moment I firmly have the idea of damage limitation in mind - indulge when it's really worth it, or cannot be avoided, but eat sensibly at every other opportunity. This way I may gain a few pounds, but not as many as if I just give in completely. I'd rather start January still comfortably under 190lbs than uncomfortably over.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 0.8lb - 182.8lbs
Body fat: 25.5%
Total Weight Loss: 92.2lbs

I am, FMC, I am. Though I have to admit the "Week 200" is a bit scary...

I'm with you, Kim... I'd rather be a little over rather than uncomfortably so. I think your plan is excellent - it allows you to enjoy some of what this season has to offer, while making a small sacrifice on the weight. It's much easier to lose a little than a lot.

Sayre - I think once we accept that it's OK to go a bit over, we don't have to beat ourselves up if we do, and then write off the entire season, only to have to start again next month 30lbs heavier

MizFit - on Facebook you can only import one blog feed into your profile, so I import my main one, Ramblings of the Bearded One. I did look to see if I could import this too, but no can do
