1lb gain.
The past 2 weeks has included a week on holiday and my birthday celebrations. Both of these things could have gone so much more out of control than they did, so actually I feel quite happy to have not gained more.
More importantly, I don't feel it's thrown things back into disarray and I still feel we'll be on track this week with only a Halloween party on Saturday to be concerned about.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 13.4lb - 195.4lbs

Welcome Back Kim, I must say I love the new look on the other page, it's terrific.
Thanks FMC :) I also pointed people in your direction on my post just before we went away. Don't know whether any of them popped over or not.
Heh, if they did I'm sure they scrubbed themselves clean and fled back to the fold as soon as they possibly could.
Well I tried to warn them you weren't one to suffer arrogant fools. Maybe I should have stressed that you don't actually rip people to shreds if they're not deserving of it
Under those circumstances, many would have gained a heck of a lot more, so that isn't so bad at all - should be much better next time!
One of the biggest lessons I learned on this journey was damage limitation in extreme circumstances. That if I have 1 chocolate bar instead of 2, then that does count for something.
There's never a point where I can now feel, "I've lost it, so I may as well go the whole hog now." I'm always aware that some reigning in is better than no reigning in, even when the situation gets bad
