To be expected, I guess, though a little disappointing as I know I could have gone far more overboard with my eating if I'd let myself.

But this puts me back to my heaviest since May, and almost exactly the same weight as I was this time last year.

Considering we went away on holiday for a week, AND my birthday was during that week, so the treats were not rare, I'm quite impressed I only put on 2 pounds.

I think the main thing is that yes I had treats, but in between I was on track - I didn't use it as an excuse to go crazy all week long. Each treat was contained in that moment.

400 weeks!

That's a lot of weeks.

I might be 15lbs heavier than the lightest point I reached a few years ago, but I'm still 95lbs lighter than when I started, and I've not been more than 15lbs heavier than I am now since about a year after I started.

Considering somewhere in the region of 95-98% of people who diet put on all the weight they lost (and most put on even more) within a couple of years of losing it, I guess this is quite an achievement.

Pity I can't celebrate with a large chocolate cake...

I am delighted with a gain of less than a pound over the past 2 weeks, as 8 days of that was spent travelling around, meeting friends and family and either being fed by them or going out for meals. Desserts pretty much every night. There was, however, a lot more walking and general activity going on, which is probably what helped offset the extra indulgences

This is over the past 2 weeks, which is pretty good considering it was my daughter's birthday last week and my stepdaughter's the week before.

I forgot to post last week,  but I should mention the 15th of Feb was the 7th anniversary of the start of the Healthy Eating lifestyle change that lead to 88.8lb loss.

Over the past 7 years there have, of course, been various ups and downs. I'm currently about 20lbs heavier than I was at my lightest a couple of years ago. However, given that with traditional "diets", 95-98% of people put back on all the weight they lost (and usually more) within 2 years, I think this way of doing things can definitely be called a success.
